Withdrawal Policy and Returns

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at maviene.com/a/withdrawal (button "Withdraw contract" in the footer of every page). If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, containing the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Maviene, Madeline Vivienne Kulesch, Am Holunderbusch 26, 40470 Düsseldorf, Germany without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How to make your return easy

The following points are requests, not conditions for your withdrawal:

Let me know briefly at info@maviene.com or via "Withdraw contract" so I can match your return quickly.
If possible, pack the goods well protected, ideally in the original packaging.
Ideally use a shipping service with tracking.

Gift cards that have not yet been redeemed can also be withdrawn within 14 days.

Damaged or wrong items

If something is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, please write to me at info@maviene.com, ideally with a photo. The statutory warranty then applies and I will take care of a replacement or refund. In this case I bear the cost of the return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and order the new item separately.

Customers outside the EU

For deliveries to Switzerland, the USA and Canada you can also return items within 14 days of receipt. You bear the return shipping costs and any customs fees for the return. Unfortunately I cannot refund import charges already paid in the destination country.
